Orders: Minimum order of $800. Our catering orders require an advance notice of 2 working days, with a cut off time at 12pm. Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not working days. For example, if you ordered on Monday at 11.45am, your order will be delivered on Wednesday. If you order on Monday at 12.30pm, your order will be delivered on Thursday.
For orders between $800 - $2000, a delivery charge of $200 applies. Delivery fee for orders above $2000 will be waived. We will aim to deliver your items within the 1 hour time slot selected. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, incorrect address or absence of recipient. No deliveries between 11.30am and 2pm.
Delivery zones are as such:
- Exchange Square and International Financial Centre only
- Pacific Place 1 - 3, and buildings bordered by Queen's Road East, Star Street, St Francis Street and Monmouth Path
- Taikoo Place (Devon House, Lincoln House, Cornwall House, One Island East)
Price and availability of items are subject to change. Payment is made in advance on confirmation of order via credit card or company cheque. We cannot accept cash payments on delivery.
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of your delivery date will be charged at 100%.
